It's kinda crazy around here at home. My sweet husband is out of the hospital. However, we are experiencing a new life change. We are getting used to eating 3 meals, taken meds and checking blood sugar at certain times per day. Plus he is wearing a life vest to record his heart beat/rate. On the up side, I did bring him home; he is alive, thank you Jesus.
So....while he was cooped up in the hosp bed, I did some searching for craft sites/blogs and found a couple I deemed really good to bookmark for future reference.

I love the name of this blog. It's catchy and cute; sew mama sew. Over 700 sewing tutorials to explore. Signup for their newsletter. I came across these Christmas Wooden Blocks. What a neat idea and looks pretty easy. And Craft Passion has tons of craft and gift ideas.

While looking through some older photos on one of my external hard drives, I came across the second quilt I made in 2008. It was for my daughter; she wanted her bedroom in patriotic decor. Here's the photo.
I'll return in a few days with a free pattern to share and a couple links to free patterns I came across on two of my favorite blogs. Crochet of course.
Until then, keep crafting!
